Richard John Parfitt wurde am 12. Oktober 1948 in Woking, Surrey, England geboren.

Am 24. Dezember 2016 verstarb Rick Parfitt im Alter von 68 Jahren in Spanien.
Die Ursache waren Komplikationen infolge einer Infektion nach einer Schulterverletzung.
Die Nachricht verbreitete sich am Heiligabend um die Welt.

But Rick Parfitt was much more than the man with the white Telecaster.

THE EARLY YEARS
Richard John Parfitt was born on October 12, 1948, in Woking, Surrey, England.
